Initial situation
A supplementary assortment of pharmacy goods was already successfully introduced to the pharmacy market in the 1990s. After opening up the mass market, the manufacturer concentrated less on the pharmacy channel for various reasons, causing dissatisfaction to spread among pharmacists.
Solution approach
In order to reactivate the pharmacy as a profitable specialist trade channel and regain confidence, problems with returns and other logistical discrepancies first had to be eliminated.
